Once you place your order, you can expect delivery within 15-20 working days. For ready-to-ship items, we will dispatch them within three business days. Please note that delivery times for custom-made orders may vary.

Exchange Policy

  • If you want to exchange your product, then it should be initiated within 48 hours of the product delivered.

  • If you want to raise an exchange request, log in to your account, select the product you would like to exchange and click on the exchange order link.

  • Exchange requests will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp or Phone Calls

  • Keep the item in its original condition & packaging along with MRP tag & accessories for a successful exchange pickup.

  • Once we receive an exchange request, the process will be completed within 15 days.

  • Shipping fee will be additionally charged on Exchange and pickups.


The following products shall not eligible for exchange:-

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

  • If the saree has been ordered with fall.

  • If the product is customized for you.

  • Irregularities in Bandhani, Hand Block & Vintage Fabric will not be considered a defect.

Cancellation Policy

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel your order, kindly do it within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we will refund you the entire amount.

  • Once the product goes into the customization process, the order cannot be canceled.

  • We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. Our working hours will be Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
